PRENOTAZIONE: è sufficiente darne comunicazione alla segreteria della Pensione a mezzo lettera o telefono, curando poi di versare a titolo di caparra una somma pari al 30% circa della spesa complessiva del soggiorno. Si prega di indicare con precisione il giorno di arrivo e quello di partenza.
IL PERIODO di soggiorno inizia alle ore 17 del giorno di arrivo e termina alle ore 10 del giorno di partenza (colazione compresa).
Nel caso il cliente non arrivi entro le ore 24 del giorno stabilito, il contratto si intende risolto e la caparra trattenuta.
LA DISDETTA della prenotazione sarà accettata se comunicata almeno un mese prima dell’inizio del soggiorno, sarà trattenuto il 15% del totale del soggiorno dalla caparra. In tutti gli altri casi la caparra sarà trattenuta.
